Postal Services

We are currently able to deliver our cards to the UK, Europe, United States, Australia and New Zealand. If you require delivery to a country that we do not cover then please contact us before ordering to ensure we can deliver to you and to arrange the relevant service and costs.


All deliveries to the UK are free of charge and use the Royal Mail First Class postal service, and they aim to deliver 1st Class items the next working day after collection, however this is not guaranteed and may take longer.


All International deliveries use Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed services so please allow 2-3 weeks from ordering to delivery. Delivery is out of our control and relies on Royal Mail and domestic services, as well as Customs checks in some countries such as the US, so delays are possible. Once dispatched we will email you with the tracking number so you can monitor delivery of your item.


Delivery Time

Since each card is handmade and personalised please allow at least 48 hours for completion. Usually your card will be dispatched the following day but if your order is urgent please contact us to discuss the possibility of getting the card to you on time. Please do not order your card before ensuring we can dispatch your card in time.


Cards delivered within the UK usually take a 1-2 days to arrive after dispatch, although we cannot guarantee the delivery times as that is out of our control.


Postage and Packing

Each card will be packaged in a cellophane bag and will be delivered in a white all-board postal envelope for protection. Where possible we will package multiple items together so you'll receive them at the same time. We are also able to offer delivery to a different address, and this can be specified during checkout. If there are any special instructions then please let us know.



Due to the cards being personalised, we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by refund or a replacement card. The card must be returned in the condition it was received within 7 days of receipt. Postage will only be refunded if the error is down to ourselves. We cannot be held responsible if we have been given incorrect details or misspelled names. We take information directly from the message(s) sent from the buyer so please check the details carefully before sending to us.
